conference audienceYou may not have been able to physically travel to our favorite IEEE Computer Society tech conferences in 2020, but you can indulge in the many hours recorded during our virtual events. For the first time, we’re working towards bringing this and more video content to our broader audience.

For example, IEEE Computer Society Signature Conference on Computers, Software and Applications (COMPSAC) 2020 was originally meant to take place in Spain. Once it went virtual, the live streams were made available to attendees. One of the more popular panel discussions that took place there last year was “To Patent or Not to Patent”. The panel explores what many in R&D departments consider when developing new products, services, and techniques. While innovating: how do you protect your investment? At what point in the research process does a company need to start the patent registration? Take an hour of your day and discover what the experts in academia and industry suggest.

This and more popular topics from our conferences are listed below. Whether you are focused on Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Big Data, or other computing areas, we encourage you to check back here for more content. We will continue updating this page with new content every month.
